Day one

So I signed up to www.hundreddays.net and while I would love to do a genuinely creative thing like write a song every day or do something that will increase my well being like go for a run every day I'm sorry to say that I don't think I have the willpower to see it through. But I wanted to do something, so I've decided to write a haiku every day. I guess they will invariably be topical, and hopefully when the hundred days is up there will be a satisfying flow to them. I'm not going to type a big preamble before each one, but might do stuff like post youtube links to certain songs and stuff alongside them some days, or post a link to whatever inspired that day's haiku. Okay, here we go...HAIKU NUMBER ONE!

Don't buy eggs from those
Foreign folk. They smell and we
Distrust them deeply
